My baby wakes up every 2 hours and doesn't get enough sleep. What can I do to help them sleep better?

Your baby may need feeding after every two hours. Your baby might complete sleep of 15-17 hours in whole day in bits and not at a stretch of 4 hours or more. Do not worry. As the baby grow set his /her time table of sleeping for long hours...

If its every 2 hours, it's normal. That's the time baby wakes up to feed. Bear in mind their stomach size is small as a marble. So this gets better with time after 1.5 months. Hang on there ok! For me, if it's formula, it last 2 hours. But when I feed w breast milk, only last for 1 hour (breast milk are more diluted but nutritious). So yes, it's normal.. Hang on there! It gets better w time!
