Is it normal for my 4-month-old baby girl to have frequent bowel movements, around 10-12 times a day? She usually poops after every feed, as she is currently on Morinaga BF1 powder milk. The consistency of her stool is not watery but rather light yellow, sometimes brownish or greenish in color. It also has a slightly thin and slothy texture. Apart from this, she is active and does not have a fever, although she does have rashes. Is this something I should be concerned about?
