My 3-month-old baby seems to be constantly hungry, even when she's sleeping. She cries a lot and sleeps for long periods of time. I'm worried that she's not getting enough to eat. Can I start introducing solid food at this age? What is the best way to do it?

Have you tried a dummy at all? I found with my little girl when she was breastfeeding a lot all she wanted was something to suck on for comfort and wasn't to do with hunger at all. That really helped me get through the nights after that because she would use the dummy to comfort herself to sleep. I'm regards to "solids" I can't see why not since my mum had me and both my siblings on purée from 6 weeks because we were such hungry babies  I would recommend trying the dummy first though.

Even my baby does the same....so i consulted doctor...doctor said they are not crying because of hungry....they may cry because of colic pain or griping pain....use drops for that sure ur baby will stop crying and sleep well...dont go for solids...till 6months breast milk is enough and also healthy for baby

You cannot introduce solids at 3 months. You need to check on things step by step.

1st see if your milk supply is enough is milk actually coming or your baby is just sucking and sucking and getting tired. (If milk is not sufficient then babies constantly cry and have prolonged sleep. I have personally researched on this as had same problem with my baby)

Use a nipple shield (am attaching nipple shield image) in this you can actually see milk coming. My baby is also 3 months old now and I use the same remedy for the 1st two months. And found out milk wasn't sufficient for him. So from then onwards I had to bottle feed him along with breastfeed. I breastfeed him and when my milk is over I shift to bottle immediately. And this I did only after consulting my baby's pediatrics. So it's safe.

2nd if milk supply is enough and still baby is troubling consult your pediatric they will check on 1st and then prescribe you drops to soothe your baby may be it's colic or stomach ache.
