My baby boy is 22 days old and I find myself feeding him every 10-20 minutes. This has caused me to lose sleep and worry. Can you please provide some suggestions on how to handle this situation?

Try to feed the baby with 2-4oz of milk, then burp them gently. Make the baby comfortble by changing into new diapers, new clothes to make them fall asleep, wait for 1-2 hours before the next feeding.

It's just a phase. Check if your milk is sufficient or not. Upto 2nd month we have to struggle about baby's sleep. After some days they will sleep, no need to worry about it. Make sure their stomach is full. Give demand feeds. At starting stage for every 1 hour you have to feed them and burp them well. Even if they sleep and don't burp no problem, you can tap them on their back for 15 minutes.

Always try to keep atleast a one hour gap between feeds. At the feeding time feed little one 2-3Oz on per feed and burp her very well, never keep her on sleep without burping special on fisrt 2 months. You also take a good rest and a sleep, don't take too much stress during feeding time also till she/he turns 4months it always should be a demad feeding make sure you feed your little one atleast 20 mins on per feed and minimum 8 feeds per day. God bless to you both .
