How to treat diaper rash in a 4-month-old baby girl?

My baby girl has a severe diaper rash that is causing her skin to peel in the diaper area. I have been using Sudocream and Sebamed diaper rash cream, and I always wash her with Seba Men bath wash instead of wipes, but the rash is not improving. Can you please advise me on how to treat it effectively?

Use bambo nature diaper

Use Peds or hydrazole rash cream on that particular area of rash. Avoid diapers for some days until the rash goes away. Wash it with luke warm water. Dont apply any soap on that area.

Use molfix diaper and apply only blue seal Vaseline on the butt

Your baby has probably latex allergy. I have it as well. Bambo nature is free of latex or plastic.

This is what I did for rashes which looked like the skin was removed and small cuts were present. 

1. Used pampers only at night. Used cloth diapers in the daytime- i used superbottoms dry feel langot. 

2. Morning when the sun is up we would allow him to be diaper and langot free on a cloth mat with sun falling on him indoors. This was before bath. 

3. Diaper changes to be frequent as their poop is acidic and when left causes rash to worsen. 

4. With diapers we put sebamed rash cream but daytime with langot we put coconut oil and betadine on the cuts. 

5. Everytime there was poop we took him to the washroom and washed with warm water and thoroughly dried with towel. 

It took time and it wasn't easy but it got resolved.
