How long should I breastfeed or bottle-feed my one-month-old baby? What is the recommended duration for each feeding session? Should I follow a specific schedule or feed on demand?

Actually it is not really about feeding duration. New born baby will suck longer for comfort, it will help to increase our breastmilk also. So just let them be there as long you can.
