Why hasn't my baby developed a fever three days after vaccination?

My 1 and a half-month-old baby hasn't developed a fever after vaccination. Today is the third day since the vaccination, but I still gave her paracetamol drops. Is it normal for her not to have a fever? Should I continue giving her medication?

It's good why are you worried? My baby didn't get fever either, be happy about it? Why worry

Heard like getting fever after vaccination is the  indication of vaccine started working. So liitle bit worried..not sure how true it is..
