What should I do if I have painful lumps in my left breast?

I have recently discovered hard and painful lumps in my left breast. The skin around the lumps has turned red, and the pain intensifies when touched. I have tried applying warm compresses, but they haven't provided any relief. It has been about a month now, and I am experiencing this pain while breastfeeding. What steps should I take to address this issue?

You have probably got mastitis. You will need to do course of antibiotics

Yes it was mastitis, it had reached to a stage that I got operated for it, n now wound is so deep that I also have to give up breastfeeding for letting it heal..so sharing this info just to let others also know that if anyone of you get lumps do take it very seriously early on go to doctor n take proper medicines in early stage to avoid this misery...
