My baby was born weighing 3.15 kg and lost 4% of his weight in the first two weeks. Now, at 4 months and 20 days old, he weighs 6.5 kg. He is exclusively breastfed. Should I introduce liquids to help him gain weight?

Dont stress about the weight. Mine weighed 6.1 when he was 4months taking just breastmilk and his pediatrician said it's normal. Kids loose weight and gain weight at some stages. I started solid and other liquid at 6months and even with that he wasn't gaining that much. It's just recently hes started gaining weight and its visible. Hes. Now 9.3 at 1year
