What can I do to alleviate constipation in my baby who is on formula? My baby seems to be constipated and he is currently being fed formula. I'm concerned about his discomfort and want to help him find relief. What can I do to alleviate his constipation?

You can use Hallens suppository

You can massage around his belly button (clockwise direction) with camomille oil. If he has been constipated for a couple of days you can prepare one of his bottles with half Hepard water and half normal water.

Try mixing the formula lightly....so instead of this rich tea make it as thin as your breast milk. Try also giving him bit of warm water before breastfeeding
