My son is 1 week and 2 days old, and he has been sleeping for almost 4 hours. He was very fussy today, and this is the longest he has slept. Is it safe for him to sleep this long without eating, or should I wake him up for a bottle?

During initial days baby will sleep around 20+ hours/day. You have to wake them up in between every2-3 hours and feed them.

My son would sleep six hrs during the night. As amazing as it sounds, its not very healthy for them to do that, you need to wake your baby up at least every 4hrs to feed. They won't put on much weight if they are doing that.
