What are reliable and trustworthy supplements to increase breast milk production?

Hi, I'm feeling frustrated as my baby remains hungry even after constant breastfeeding. My milk supply is low when I pump. Are there any reliable and trustworthy supplements that can help increase my breast milk production?

Garlic and fenugreek seeds will work for sure. 

First of all you have to be healthy MENTALLY and physically. Please don't get frustrated. Instead calm your mind and have a positive thought like ' 10 months I could grown up my baby then why I cannot feed enough to my baby. Sure I can
