How to treat rashes on a 14-day-old baby's face

What can I do to help my 14-day-old baby boy with rashes all over his face? I feel helpless and don't know if it causes him pain or itchiness.

Just make use of baby  powder it happens to mybaby girl too and make sure he doesn't use breast milk to rob his checks and face if so clean immediately to avoid rashes

Your baby could be having an allergic reaction to his laundry detergent. Or your laundry detergent. My s ok n never had a rash, might want to take him to the doctor.

It's normal, you need to make sure you keep his face clean. Try not to touche his cute face so much, and remember to whipe the milk off of his face.
