What are some effective methods for treating sore nipples during breastfeeding and preventing further discomfort?

After each and every breastfeeding, put some of your own milk on your nipples and leave them to dry out (without putting any clothes over).


There are also special creams for nipples that are eatable, not harmful for babies.

You can either put your own breast milk and leave it open for some time or you can use nipcare ointment and please make sure to clean it before the feed to avoid any discomfort for te baby.
