Why hasn't my 3-week-old baby passed any stool despite being breastfed and bottle-fed?

My baby is 3 weeks old and I am both breastfeeding and giving him a bottle. However, he hasn't passed any stool. Is this normal or should I be concerned?

It's ok for new borns not to pass stool for 10 days or pass stool 10 times a day.

As long as they look fine (playing.. drinking milk normally..) it's fine
