Is it okay to breastfeed and give formula too? What if baby is always constipated?

Is baby constipated with breastmilk? Remember thwre is a breastfeeding rule regarding breastfeeding 10 dirty diapers in 1 day or 1 dirty diaper in 10 days is normal... H9w is babas diapers is baba gets dirty diaper how does the stool looks.... Most pediatricians dont recommend mixed feeding as then you dont knoe which milk is causing cramps etc but there are some situations that pediatricians say to mixed feed

I have a low supply of breastmilk that's why I mix feed ..her stool is hard and when she wants to poop she is very uncomfortable n I think its hurting her n she cries and nothing comes out. I even changed from one formula to another.

Hi there try to boost your supply as the formula feeding is also causing you to have a low supply...are you mixing you breastmilk and formula or do you give one feeding breast and one feeding formule reason for asking everytime you feed her a formula bottle pump out so you body can produce more milk the more the demand the more your body will preduce also try to powepump it helps alot im posting pictures that wil lhelp they call it a jungle mix(im not sure can you get the ingredients in other countries as well but here in SA we get them) drink that micture and it will help with your supply the mix feeding can cause the constipation as you are giving two diffirent tipes of milk try to get a formule closest to formula like(here in SA we have a very light milk(it helps when babies are constipated due to formula they switch to that milk as its light on the stomach) so try to get a formula thats light on the stomach and not a heavy milk(if you say in what country you are i will google to see if i can get a formula that will help cuz our "light" formula is exclusively made in SA so i dont know if you can get them internationally
