For me, coconut milk helps double what I get through pumping. Coconut water helps for sure, I just couldn't find that one so bought coconut milk, and even just a little bit of it helps a lot

You can try lactation cookies,tea or granola oats. Consult your doc if it's okay for you to consume.

My baby is 14 days old. Here in Singapore (Asia), I consume spirulina tablet and fenugreek bought at pharmacies, have plenty of milo or lactation cookies and drink warm water each time after feeding. When I say drink, I mean ALOT.
