If he is foemula fed it wil indicate on the container how much and breastfed is feed on demand

Jist remember all formulas are different my formula says by 3 weeks 60ml where my sister in law's formula says 100ml for 3 weeks so she must see what formula shes using and if shes breastfeeding its feed on demand
