My baby boy also had his cpr high , his was 20 and he was put on antibiotics for a course of 7 days.
In a matter of 3-4 days it went down to 7 and then below 5 which was when he was sent home .
Just to reassure you that your babys CPR and mine is really not high as these tend to go up above 100.
From what i was told by doctors in my case i simply had a very long labour which resulted in him swallowing fluids which ended up giving him an infection which was taken care of right away.
