Hi with mix feed its hard to say as it can he the formula that makes her constipated try changing het milk and see how it goes i know in S.A there are 2 tipes of formula that usally hives constipation i dont know in other countries

I dont know if you get them overseas its lactogen and infacare i dont know do you have glyserine in your country(our pharmacy sells the Glyesrine tablets-that you push up the bum- of take normal liquid Glyesrine in a syringe and push up baby's bum it help them to poop immediately
