My 2.5 month old baby arching back and stiff legs when crying , is it normal?

My baby wakeup by sensation of urine, motion, burp, hiccups, yawn .so his sleep was disturbed. He is arching back and stiff legs when he is crying because of these discomfort. He is arching back and stiff legs from his birth.  Is it normal ?
