My 10-week-old formula-fed baby's feeding pattern has changed recently. He now sleeps from midnight to 8 a.m without wanting to eat, and when he does feed, he only takes 30-40 ml of milk every 4 hours. Previously, he would consume 75-90 ml every 2-3 hours. I have tried different nipple shapes and sizes, but he just chews on them. Additionally, he keeps pointing to his mouth with his fist as if he wants something in it until I offer my nipple. Could the presence of ringworms on his back be causing this change in behavior?
