Is it sufficient for a 4-month-old baby to consume only 90ml of milk, considering that they previously drank 120ml and sleep for 10-12 hours without waking up?

It's not about amount of milk but the time. When I asked to my doctor, he said to feed baby paitently. As I don't want to decrease ml to feed my baby. I change my feeding routine. At first, I prepared formula milk as soon as baby wake up. At this time, my baby don't done drinking during 2 hours. At later, I don't prepare formula as soon as baby wake up, I left till baby show hungry sign. My baby always show after waking up 1hr. Then I feed my baby. Although My baby has time to drink 2 hr, his nap time (30min) is always restarting and becoming sleepy after 2hr waking up. Therefore he sleep and feed leftover again.
