Does a decrease in breast size at 10 days postpartum indicate a decrease in milk supply?

I need to understand if my breasts not being as enlarged as they were immediately after delivery is an indication that there is not enough milk to feed my baby. Is there a correlation between breast size and milk quantity?

No it does not mean you don't have milk. It means the milk does not stay in the breast but will be produced directly. This happens arround 1.5 to 2 months of breastfeeding.

Breast will not be enlarged any more.
