My 3-month-old baby boy is not having a temperature and is feeding well, but he hasn't had a bowel movement or urinated in the past two days. What could be causing this? Is it something I should be concerned about?

Not peeing is not good.
Not pooping is normal in breastfed babies as they metabolize the whole milk with minimal residual waste to excrete certain days.
Please show your pediatrician if the baby is not peeing at all.
