Is it safe for babies to sleep with a pacifier in their mouth? What are the potential benefits and risks associated with using pacifiers during sleep? Are there any guidelines or recommendations for parents regarding pacifier use at bedtime?

Preferably no. There is no risk of choking with a pacifier. However, you may miss hunger cues or other cues that may give by crying, if a pacifier is in place. Also, if baby rolls, gets his nose blocked against bumper his mouth may not be free due to the pacifier to breathe.
