My breast milk is overflowing, causing my baby to choke while drinking. What can I do to slow down the flow of milk and prevent choking? Please provide advice.

Use breast pump or extract little amount of milk  before offering it to baby. Offer softer breast to latch. This issue automatically get resolved when baby will be 3 to 4 months old.
