You definitely need to get an OBGYN, or a midwife or something. They can help make sure you are on track with your pregnancy and if there are any issues, and make sure you and your baby are healthy.so to answer your question. Yes it can be bad that you have not seen anyone about your pregnancy.

Pls go for your prenatal already, I started at 5 months and at 6 months I found out my baby was too small to date but my baby is very healthy when I went to sonar I found out we are both fine and my baby is at the size its supposed to be. But you should get prenatal vitamins they are very important.
