Apply wet, hot compress on the affected nipple for 2 - 3 mins (right before feeding the baby) & feed the baby immediately after removing it. The heat & baby's strong suction will unclog the milk bleb. It might take a few days, but eventually this will work. You can also soak the affected nipple in Epsom salt water for a few minutes before applying the hot compress (this helps soothe the breast/ nipple.)
