Baby rash not improving? Effective solutions to try

I have tried various remedies, but my baby's rashes are not going away. They have reduced slightly, but the skin is still red and not healing properly. What should I do to help my baby's skin recover fully?

Let the skin heal first.. then re-start diapers.. jabtak theek ni ho jata diapers na pehnao..till then use Himalaya rash cream thrice a day.. it'll help
